My name is Artin Safari. With over 25 years experience in software development, my career has spanned roles such as Programmer, Team Lead, Project Manager, Software Development Manager, Director of Software Development, and now Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Having spent years struggling to keep stakeholders and development teams happy with traditional development and management methodologies, I was introduced to Scrum in 2008, when as a Software Development Manager, I used the framework to transform an eroding and dysfunctional client relationship into a success story that continues to thrive even now. Since then, I have become an Agile believer and have been spending my time as a Scrum Master/ Agile Coach helping organizations and teams change the way they work and helping to empower development teams to build useful software solutions. I am now working as an independent consultant, assisting businesses achieve their goals through Agile methodologies.
