Biography
Abhilash Pandey
I am a Certified Scrum Practitioner and have been practicing Scrum with more than 8 years. I have worked for companies using various approaches from CMMi to Iterative Development and Scrum. My experience with Scrum started while I was working with MySpace in LA where I attended CSM course under Dr. Jeff Sutherland and Mr. Scott Downey. Later, I worked as Scrum Master at Myspace and helped spread Scrum awareness across the organization using metrics based approach.
Later, I moved to India and have been working with several startups, coaching the teams on Agile adoption by helping the teams ramp up on agile practices through continuous workshops for new hires and existing teams. Some of the startups that I have helped get started on Agile approaches:
