I love being a part of something that’s changed the world in such a short space of time. Digital transformations are my very own personal “nerdvana” and I’m fortunate enough to have made it my career.
Being a part of something that amplifies one of the most important things there is today - access to knowledge and then “cranks it up” beyond the mythical number 11, through the internet and smart devices makes us all incredibly fortunate. I’ve been lucky enough to make it my career.
I’ve learned two very important things in my very own nerdvana:
1. Give your Digital customers a great customer experience with features that are relevant and simple to use and your customers will stick with you and tell others too.
2. Give your work colleagues a great colleague experience giving them the tools to do what is asked of them and they’ll stick with you and tell others too.
Get this right and you’ll do “IT” better, faster and cheaper than the rest!
