Ashok Mohan

I am a Coach with a mission to help create the next generation of organizations needed to succeed in today's complex and changing world while fostering environments where people can thrive. I consider it my life’s mission to build such organizations that enable individuals and teams to express the best versions of themselves. I truly believe that this generates joy and fulfillment for individuals and as a consequence, ensures the sustainable success of the organization.
 
Prior to my focus on coaching, I was a software engineer, technical lead, project manager and IT leader. As an IT leader, I have experience managing large portfolios of projects in IT as well as managing budgets and people in teams and units of different sizes. As a coach, I led Agile transformations for mid-sized companies like Karl Storz and Ableton AG. I currently focus my work and effort on organizational transformations and business agility with a strong emphasis on the growth of individuals, teams and the organization itself in the process.
 
I am an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (ACC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach by the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC), Certified Expert in Agile Coaching by the International Consortium for Agile (ICE-AC), Certified Scrum Professional by Scrum Alliance (CSP), Leadership Circle Profile & Collective Leadership Assessment Certified by The Leadership Circle (TLC-LCP, TLC-CLA), Certified Professional in Agility in the Enterprise & Coaching Agile Transitions by the International Consortium for Agile (ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT), Certified Teams Transformation Coach by the Agile Coaching Institute (ACI-CTTC), and an Agile Certified Practitioner by the Project Management Institute (PMI-ACP). I also hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from India as well as a Master of Science degree in Robotics from Germany.
