Abhilash Kuzhikat

My name is Abhilash Kuzhikat.

I have been a champion of SCRUM and Agile since 2005. Till date I have helped various organizations to start and stay on their Agile adoptions within the enterprise. This transition is a journey and I have acted as a Guide for many leaders on this path of transforming their organizations to truly benefit from the value delivery stand point of agile.

I am a Change Catalyst, creating high performance teams and enabling them to challenge the best in others.  I have delivered some of the most complex projects working with large global teams spread over multiple continents.

My greatest qualifications so far have been my experiences and the opportunity to work with some of the best minds in the industry.  I love the simplicity that Agile brings to the project management disciple.

I also lead by example and use SCRUM and other advanced Agile patterns and methods to manage my projects to success. Success on my projects using Agile has tremendously helped me to successfully influence and help transition traditional waterfall organizations to Agile in both public and private sector.
