Alexandre Frédéric Joly is a passionate and experienced Business Agility Coach who helps businesses of all sizes uncover new ways of delivering what's right to customers and elevating employee experiences. He is the founder and owner of Agile Lounge® by AFJ, a group company that offers innovative and exclusive coaching services in Business Agility, Scrum, and Entrepreneurship. He is also the host of the Dare Real Agile Podcast, where he talks about all things agile that you won't hear elsewhere.
With over 20 years of practice in Lean Startup and Scrum, Alexandre has built high-performance teams, led and facilitated dozens of agile transformations, and worked with renowned mentors such as Mike Beedle, the co-signer of the Agile Manifesto. He is a certified ScrumMaster, an advanced ScrumMaster, and a certified Business Agility Coach. He is also a digital nomad and a responsible travel concierge, who runs Agile Travel™, a service that helps aspiring and experienced nomads achieve their dreams of living and working anywhere in the world.
