ASHISH JAIN: With around 12 years of software development experience, I have evolved through various phases of technology, programming paradigms, changing business environments, and managing stakeholder expectations. I have always been in a techno-functional role where it's about understanding the business then translating business knowledge through coding to intuitive and automated applications. My ideology is to give technical solutions to business challenges by coding what the business wants and going beyond expectations. It's about understanding the business environment, challenges, and implementing a suitable technical solution.

Currently, I am leveling up myself by acquiring the latest technological innovations in analytics and data visualization and gaining knowledge of the financial services industry by acquiring certificates of securities markets and building applications to support investment decisions. Recently, I was awarded the 'Certificate in Quantitative Finance' by CQF Institute and also have completed the Investment Foundations certificate by CFA Institute.

In the past, I have worked for Worley (an Engineering firm), financial institutions like BlackRock and Barclays, McKinsey & Co., and CSC (now known as DXC Technology). As can be seen, my professional experience has been gradually shifted to serve clients in Banking and Financial Services.
