About
Avidan is a goal driven change-agent with over twenty years’ experience in change management and software process improvements. A Certified Scrum Master and Certified SAFe™ Program Consultant for SAFe 4.0. Having strong capabilities to influence executives, managers and individuals via effective inter-personal communication and problem solving techniques to challenge their comfort zone. Avidan started his agile journey at 2010 at Motorola Solution Israel Design Center as Software Quality Manager leading the first initiative to pilot Agile and Scrum among few teams, acting as Scrum Master to handover his scrum experience to others. Over four years Avidan extend his pilot success among other teams and divisions within Motorola Solutions Israel and world wide. In 2014 Avidan was assigned by executives managers to lead the agile/scrum transformation for the Israeli design center, training and mentoring around 350 engineers. In addition to his role as Agile Lead, Avidan has active contribution to coach and mentor the first Agile Release Train (ART) at Motorola Solutions, covering 12 scrum teams, worldwide at 7 different design centers. In Sep 2015, Avidan left Motorola and become an Agile Coach freelance providing agile/scrum couching services together with AgileSpirit company (located at Israel). His key agile/scrum transformation project was at Cisco Israel, deploying agile and scrum at the Security division, supporting 6 scrum teams, scrum masters and product owners and facilitating the release planning and execution together with product management and engineering managment.
