Currently working as a Senior Associate-Projects in Cognizant Technology Solutions, Canada, I am a Strategic thinker serving as a SME and technical lead for a Major Banking client and possess a vast experience in working with geographically distributed cross-functional Agile teams of different technical and cultural backgrounds.

My strengths include Managing and developing end to end IT projects for various Banking and Retail giants. I also have expertise in Managing releases, along with post release procedures, ITIL Governance Standards and Change Management practices. With my strong technical and Domain knowledge, excellent business acumen and adept strategic abilities, I have the ability to identify and resolve complex problems and impediments effectively and delivering customer centric high value products and features while focusing on core Agile Values and principles.
