He started the agile development in 2012.
First, he introduced the agile development to his small team.
Then, He introduced the agile development to the offshore development with Vietnam.
Finally, He introduced the agile development to the entire organization.
He lived in Vietnam and working on the Distributed Agile Development between Vietnam and Japan during 2016.
He developed agricultural ICT products using Scrum in Japan from 2017 to 2018.
He was working on DevOps Support business from 2018 to 2019.
He was working for IT company as a Global Team Manager from 2019 to 2021.
He was working for IT company as a Global Division Manager from 2021 to 2024.
He has been working as a product manager for DevOps tools for autonomous driving software since 2024.
