I am convinced great agility is built on the strength and positive interactions of real teams. I get a kick out of coaching humans on the values and principles of Agile methods to improve product delivery.

As a Scrum Master and Coach, I place emphasis on empiricism to consistently encourage continuous improvement of individuals, teams and organisations. By embodying the values and principles of Agile methods, coupled with the emphasis of technical excellence; appropriate adaptations are recommended based on the reality to get back to good, if not great agility.
