Alice Dehner
About
Alice Dehner (Media Economics MA) is a certified trainer since 2006, a certifying instructor and senior coach (DBVC) and managing director of the family owned company dehner academy GmbH/ Konstanzer Seminare in Berlin. Her mission is to help people develop themselves, to overcome problems and gain new perspectives on leadership topics, carrier questions and communication. Her extensive repertoire of methods (transactional analysis, systemic approaches, resource-oriented methods, IntrovsionCoaching and neuroimagination) and her ability to listen and quickly understand complex interrelationships make her work as a coach and trainer extremely sustainable.
She has completed the DBVC-certified training as a business coach, supplementary IntrovisionCoaching training and behavioural trainer certification at the Konstanzer Seminare and completed a two-and-a-half-year advanced training course as a GKT coach (burn-out coaching) at the IPAS Institute in Wil. Alice Dehner is also a certified SCRUM Master.
After graduating from high school, she completed a dance education program in contemporary dance in Constance. She then decided to study media economics in Wiesbaden. Parallel to these studies, Alice Dehner worked as assistant to a managing director at Atelier Markgraph, an agency for brand communication in Frankfurt. She has lived in Berlin since 2002. For three years she worked for a leading German dance company, Sasha Waltz & Guests GmbH, as a project, PR and marketing and personnel manager. During this time, she also worked as a freelance coach and communications trainer for the Konstanzer Seminare.
Her coaching foci are executive coaching, coaching in agile surroundings, promotion of women in management positions, and burn-out prevention.
