Abhik Datta

Abhik Datta is a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner with over seven years of experience in Agile Consulting across various sectors, like eCommerce, Healthcare and the Financial sector. He is passionate about adopting lean-agile mindset and implementing continuous improvement in projects. As a Scrum Master, he has not only managed risks and removed impediments with the aid of his scrum team, but also identified and executed operational process improvements in the delivery pipeline, to make the software development process run smoother and faster.

Abhik believes strongly in the importance of the "people" side of delivering exemplary projects and he does so by empowering his teams to innovate and solve problems organically and by strengthening all stakeholder engagements. Abhik is also a SAFe Agilist and has helped developed forward strategies for organisations to scale their agility.

Abhik enjoys participating in discussions about Agile and its adoption in different organisations and he is an active participant in Agile User Groups and events in London and Glasgow. He had also founded Cranfield Agile User Group while studying his MBA at Cranfield University.
