￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼Andrea is a lean practitioner, trainer and coach with over 10 years of experience in large-scale agile enterprise transformations to promote digital innovation.
￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼Originally a software developer, she started out in a complex software project at Ericsson working with distributed agile teams using XP practices. Armed with this experience she then worked as a Scrum Master with teams in Stockholm, Shanghai, Montreal to transition to a Scrum or KANBAN approach.
￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼On her journey working with teams and enterprises transitioning Andrea learned that becoming agile requires a change of culture as much as a change of process. That’s why she’s decided to channel her expertise into helping managers and leaders guide their teams through practical problem solving, employee engagement and empowerment and an open organizational culture.
￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼She has experience working as a developer, Scrum Master, agile Product Owner and later as an enterprise agile coach with various teams and multinationals across Europe, US, Canada and Asia, in any sector where
software development is applied. “While there is a lot of focus on practices and processes in Lean Agile transformations, I believe in the power of individuals to bring about change.
That's why a coaching approach to change is my preferred approach.” – says Andrea
