Aneudy Caceres

I'm a Scrum master, with six years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, two Years of Experience as a Software Developer and one year of experience as Consultant Manager. I'm looking to help our customers to solve their tech problems and challenges and build a long term relationship with them based on trust. 

I have collaborated with more than 40 software development projects, most of them with distributed teams, helping them to break the communication barriers between the customer and the team, providing a safe environment to the group, removing impediments and empowering every stakeholder on the project to be creative and express their ideas.
