Anand Bhartia

Mr. Anand Bhartia is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified ITIL Foundation. Mr. Bhartia is Owner of Agile Community of Practitioners @ iGATE with responsibility of proliferating agile practices across organization and customer engagements through various initiatives.

Mr. Anand Bhartia has been working in the area Application Development (AD) - Consulting Practices. Mr. Bhartia’s responsibilities includes providing AD Consultancy and Support to Pre-Sales & Delivery teams for effectively engaging and executing AD programmes, Execution and mentoring agile projects,  Developing innovative engagement models, methodologies, frameworks, practices & tools to enrich QZen. Mr. Bhartia has also executed projects as Agile Project Manager, worked as Solution Architect providing AD Consulting, Pre-Sales Support and Presentation to existing customers and new prospects.

Mr. Anand Bhartia, while at North America, from February 2004 to February 2010, was instrumental in demonstrating programme management capabilities. Mr. Bhartia was deployed on two strategic engagements to facilitate large programmes with distributed and multi vendor delivery model. Mr. Anand Bhartia was involved in providing consulting and pre-sales support; facilitate projects executed by iGATE team in the area of application development. As part of this job, Mr. Bhartia was responsible for Programme and Project Deliveries; Programme Coordination, Presales support, Proposals, Customer Presentations, Developing Strategic Engagement Solutions for customers and recommending solutions to improve productivity. This required Mr. Bhartia to conduct his duties using various proprietary frameworks & models developed within iGATE. Mr. Bhartia’s delivery excellence and solutions approach fetched tangible benefits to customers and iGATE.
