Øystein Mehus

Øystein is a Senior Consultant with taking on gigs related to project- and product management and agile and lean change processes. He's a certified Flight Levels Coach (FLCO) with Flight Levels Academy, a Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) with Kanban University and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with Jeff Sutherland in 2006.

Øystein has worked in various SME companies located on the west coast of Norway, focusing on developing training simulators, visualization solutions and virtaul reality applications, primarily for maritime and the oil and gas industry.

Øystein has worked as a programmer, Scrum Master, project- and product manager working with 3D graphics, virtual reality and simulation. He's been the product manager for a successful crane simulator product installed in numerous locations around the world and has broad experience working with international customers, management, business development, offshore team and hands on experience in commissioning, training and support and maintenance work.

Øystein transitioned to agile management in 2002 and introduced and facilitated Scrum for his teams, acting as Scrum master and Product Owner. Later transitioned to using Kanban and focusing on flow metrics.
