Great learnings

Strong content, but the facilitation style hindered the learning experience. While the core subject matter of this CSPO course was valuable and well-structured, the delivery method proved difficult to engage with, especially coming of the CSM class the two days prior. The instructor utilized an "obtuse" approach to spark discussion, which often felt belabored rather than insightful. Unfortunately, the environment did not feel conducive to open participation; when I attempted to contribute, I felt my input was quickly shut down or dismissed. This caused me to eventually withdraw from the conversation to avoid further friction. Furthermore, time management was a significant issue. A large portion of the class was dedicated to the instructor’s personal coaching anecdotes rather than the specific questions and goals the class established at the outset. As a result, we failed to cover all the material, leaving many of our primary objectives unaddressed.

Robin was a great instructor. This was the best training I have taken at Esri so far, for multiple reasons. 1. It was truly interactive and engaging 2. Robin curated the content based on the group's need 3. It was not just theoretical but very practical.

Robin Dymond was a fantastic instructor. Having worked with a team practicing scrum for a few years, and taking on the role of PO, taking this course has cleared away many foggy aspects to the role. I would highly recommend this course for anyone practicing or planning to be a PO.

The course is just great for an introduction to the scrum world, ideal for people who are starting the AGILE and Scrum journey. The course is intense and highly interactive, packed with practical exercises and real-life examples that brought the concept to life. One of the standouts is the engaging and collaborative atmosphere with cameras on, unlike some courses where I would talk to black screens or just going through the ppt slides. I also appreciate the smaller group which allowed us to dive deeper into discussions. It is also clear that the course is just the beginning of a longer journey! Thank you Robin Dymond.
