Certified Scrummaster course

This was one of the best online courses I've taken. The content was very helpful, well-organized, and the instructor was great too.

Strong content, but the facilitation style hindered the learning experience. While the core subject matter of this Scrum course was valuable and well-structured, the delivery method proved difficult to engage with. The instructor utilized an "obtuse" approach to spark discussion, which often felt belabored rather than insightful. Unfortunately, the environment did not feel conducive to open participation; when I attempted to contribute, I felt my input was quickly shut down or dismissed. This caused me to eventually withdraw from the conversation to avoid further friction. Furthermore, time management was a significant issue. A large portion of the class was dedicated to the instructor’s personal coaching anecdotes rather than the specific questions and goals the class established at the outset. As a result, we failed to cover all the material, leaving many of our primary objectives unaddressed.

Robin is a great instructor - very knowledgeable and he really keeps the class engaged!

The course covers all aspects of the Scrum method, explaining its principles, pillars, values, and detailing its application. Robin is a very good, patient, and attentive teacher.

I don't have the best attention span when sitting on a chair for hours taking an online course, but this was a good one. It had a lot of interaction and it was designed in a way where everybody could add important input and specific questions could be answered. I also liked that lots of use cases and anecdotes were explained, instead of just following the theory of a book. It did not become repetitive an any time. We were moving forward with different exercises, theory, use cases and complementary material that was interesting. Robin made sure everybody participated.

The training, together with the facilitator is an absolute must. Was great to see all the core concepts of the framework, how it works in real life, what the theory says, and the great tips by Robin on how to get a "buy in" from the organization.

Robin Dymond was a fantastic instructor. Having worked with a team practicing scrum for a few years, and taking on the role of SM, taking this course has cleared away many foggy aspects to the role. I would highly recommend this course for anyone practicing or planning to be a SM.
