Very personal, great course.

Der Scrum-Kurs war für mich wirklich hilfreich – selbst als Aussenseiterin bzw. Lehrperson fühlte ich mich jederzeit abgeholt. Die Inhalte wurden klar, verständlich und unkompliziert vermittelt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der starke Hands-on-Ansatz: Anstelle von PowerPoint-Folien haben wir Scrum "erlebt" und zentrale Elemente aktiv erarbeitet. Der Fokus lag konsequent auf dem Mitmachen, was das Verständnis vertieft hat. Durch das stets mögliche Nachfragen und die offene, wertschätzende Lernatmosphäre entstand ein Raum, in dem man sich jederzeit einbringen konnte. Insgesamt ein sehr praxisnaher, motivierender und gewinnbringender Kurs – vielen Dank dafür! The Scrum course was really helpful to me – even as an outsider, that is, as a teacher, I always felt included. The content was presented in a clear and straightforward way. Particularly worth highlighting is the strong hands-on approach: Instead of PowerPoint slides, we 'experienced' Scrum and actively worked through key elements. This focus on participation made it easier to understand and remember . Because questions were always welcome and the learning environment was open and appreciative, it created a space where everyone could contribute at any time. Overall, it was a very hands-on, motivating, and rewarding course – thank you very much!

It was a very insightful course, and Andy is an experienced trainer who knows many interesting angles to shine light on the challenges that new Scrum Masters might face in their new role. It helped me a lot to put things in perspective.
