Professional experience in real-time embedded software development in telecommunications and defense industries.  Over 3 years’ experience in Agile software development as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Over 13 years’ experience in technical leadership, project management planning and execution; Strong people management skills with a wide range of personnel and resource management experience including JV, Off-shore, 3rd party development, and regular full-time employees. Broad background in development processes including Object-Oriented, Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP training.

Scrum Master for multiple teams consisting of as many as 14 software engineers and three scrum teams simultaneously. Collaborate with Product Owners to build the product backlog. Responsible for developing Agile solutions to leverage the CDMA customer’s large install base to maintain reliable voice service while enabling the capacity gains of the next generation mobile network (4G/LTE). Engineering Manager for team of 12 senior engineers (RFT) plus contract employees providing Agile coaching, personal development, career counseling, and performance evaluation and feedback.

• Scrum Master for the teams that developed a solution for 1x Circuit Switched FallBack (CSFB) to enable Single Radio 1xRTT/LTE mobile terminals to attach to the LTE Packet network and continue to be able to receive 1xRTT CDMA Services & Events. Successfully delivered the CSFB functionality on schedule.
• Scrum Master for team of seven software engineers that developed iMGCF functionality on a SIP enabled call agent, enabling interworking with the LTE network. First official product delivery for this organization using Agile, successfully delivered on schedule to Verizon.
• Scrum Master for team that developed an IMS SIP Application Server, enabling IMS services to LTE/IMS subscribers while roaming in the CDMA network. Held internal demos for the Vice President and the corporate TechDay.
• Scrum Master that produced an LTE/IMS S-CSCF co-located on the CDMA SIP enabled call agent.
• Taught an Introduction to Agile and Scrum course to the Product Line Maintenance team as part of the organization’s Agile roll out.
