About
I'm always driven by my quest to learn something new. I worked in startups, a business school and other IT companies. I got international experiences when I was working in the USA. My way is to always encourage people to unleash their power and learn to improve.
Since 2009 I got hooked by agile & Scrum methodology and became a CSPO, CSM and CSP. Currently I'm working in a exciting project to re-invent the cars and to change the workplace into an agile environment.
I’m a adept in the field of agile project management and agile product development. I'm experienced in the field of developing startups. Currently I work for Luxoft Automotive, a part of DXC, in Berlin in the field of embedded software for Daimlers future car generations, as a Certified Scrum Master.
By my original training I’m a technical engineer, started as programmer and became the co-founder of Scopeland Software in 1990. There I started my career and lead the company branch in San Francisco, CA, USA.
Today I'm dedicated & addicted to the principles of Agile & Scrum and work only in agile Scrum environments, trying to do it a bit better every day.
