Sebastian is a Product Expert, Systemic Agile Coach and Trainer. An enthusiast who loves to inspire his surroundings with unconventional ideas. Over the last 15 years he developed a very pragmatic style to help organisations and teams build beautiful products which people love, by emphasizing high quality development coupled with clear goals, efficient communication and super-short feedback cycles.
Sebastian is specialised on helping organisations transform their way of working. As Software Craftsman, Product Expert and Transformation Coach, he has consulted with dozens of companies, including Siemens, Bosch, Allianz, Deloitte or Zeiss, but also Startups and ScaleUps and Mittelstand. He has trained over 1000 Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers & Testers in multi day classes.
He applies, coaches and teaches everything which helps teams and organisations build high quality products which users love, faster. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean Startup, Design Thinking and pragmatic scaling.
Sebastian also engages heavily in the community: he co-organizes Munich’s oldest monthly Agile Meetup called „Agile Tuesday“. He also co-organizes the yearly „Agile World“ conference with 200 participants. And he speaks at international conferences.
