My experience using Scrum roles varies in theseveral projects I've been. Ranging from Scrum Master to Product Owner and Team Member. Also as a Coach for external and in-company teams that my company needed to leverage Scrum and other Agile methodologie's knowledge. Scuccess stories include a full Waterfall high prospecto healthcare management system completelly migrated to Scrum improving both Quality / resposiveness to changes in the business, and better integration of the teams doing the Product Ownership and the teams doing the Development.
