Rainer Grau walks through IT since 20 years. Already 15 years he is applying agile principles, though he did not even know that it was called agile. With a strong background in OOAD and Microsoft technology, his topics of interest are architecture, requirements engineering, all different kinds of software development processes used in industry and finally education. Before he started at Zühlke Engineering as the manager of the education centre in 2004, he was managing director of a small IT consulting company in Germany delivering software solutions in automotive systems and techniques. Rainer Grau is Board Member of the International Requirements Engineering Boards (IREB), Manager of the section information science of the Swiss Association for Quality (SAQ) and adjunct professor at university of applied science Rapperswil/Switzerland.
