I am pleased to present my professional profile as an experienced IT Executive with 20 years of proven leadership in driving digital transformation, operational excellence, Program management, IT strategy, and business agility across the Financial Services and Telecommunications sectors. 
Throughout my career, I have led large-scale technology and cultural transformations, reshaped IT landscapes, and transforming processes and working methods in line with corporate strategy. At Santander Portugal, I led a team of 100 professionals across Process, Continuous Improvement, Agility, PMO, and Quality Assurance, successfully enhancing operational and quality excellence, organizational agility, and customer-centric innovation. 
Previously, as Head of Payments Processing System at SIBS, I managed a team of 200 experts overseeing all technology aspects (Change, Run and Process) of the Portuguese national payments system, ensuring resilience and quality in one of the most critical infrastructures in the financial ecosystem. My leadership at NOS and Novabase further strengthened my expertise in process and program management, PMO leadership, and 
international IT delivery. 
I bring a people-centric leadership style, a strong track record of driving results and innovation, and the ability to align technology strategy with broader business goals.
