I firmly believe that the suitainable business of the future will require a strong focus on both disruptive and process innovation in order to succeed.
I am motivated by the ability to empower and influence groups and individuals in creating a sustainable culture of innovating and evolving the way they work.
Having studied both Engineering and Qualititative finance at University, I have a strong focus on reasoned analytical thinking, and enjoy the opportunity agile provides in reinventing processes and procedures to be more effective.
I started my career with the development of online systems. I and quickly moved towards a generalist role based on my comparative strengths being the creation of successful teams irrespective of their traditional domain expertise.
Having worked within Development and IT Project management I have a good balance of technical IT experience with a focus on what it takes to delivery.
#Agile
I began my agile experience by running the first offical pilot of agile for the CBA group and have since continued to expand my experience with Agile through the coaching and use of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
I actively participate in both internal and external agile communities as a way to learn and assist those new to agile.
I currently hold certifications with both Scrum Alliance and Scrum.Org as a CSM, CSPO, CSP and PSM-I, II & III as well as accreditation as a Lean Practitioner.
