I am having Thirteen years of experience in a variety of environments and specialized in all kinds of testing practices,  couple of years back started adopting agile processes and techniques in order to build extremely high performance development to my current organization, Taking part in implementing Agile approaches including Scrum, Kanban, Agile Project Management  etc... improving knowledge ong Agile Principals, taking major role for Tasking Meetings/Retrospectives, Communication     and Relative Estimation along with Project Management and Story-Based Development. Got good exposure working experience in Iteration/Sprint Planning Meetings and Conflict Resolution

On the whole my day to day activities goes as follows 

Facilitate scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.)
Manage backlog, prioritize resolution of defects/bugs
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress

Taking part in the different regional User group communities to enrich the knowledge of agile processes and techniques
