As a Agile Project Manager, I am leading Agile and SCRUM practices at SYNTEL for one of its clients at Canada. My role includes serving the software development through providing coaching and training on SCRUM practices. My 12+ years of experience in Information technology, , participating in all phases of the IT delivery process, have enabled me to create solutions, processes, and strategies to deliver real business value. I have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified ScrumMaster.

I have experience and aptitude in process governance; plan development; team leadership and motivation; business and work flow analysis; requirements elicitation and development; cross cultural and organizational liaison work; process development; issue, risk, change, resource, and procurement management;  direct customer engagement and solution management; communications; and technical aptitude with all phases of the software lifecycle in traditional waterfall and Agile practice methodologies.
