Olivier Lafontan

Olivier Lafontan (a.k.a. Oli) is an independent Agile and Lean Startup Consultant, specialising in helping organisations transition towards new behaviours. Prior to working solo, Olivier was CTO for Exoftware then emergn, a company specialising in Agile Enablement and Agile sourcing. Before that, Olivier had his own small consultancy company. He first discovered and applied Agile at egg in 2002 and has not looked back since.

Olivier is also founder of pickadeck.com, a change community platform primarily focused on getting organisations to better lead and manage their transition to SCRUM.

Olivier lives in the South of France with his wife and two daughters.
