Biography

In an Agile space, I encourage real business value with experience as a Certified Scrum-Master (CSM), leadership as a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and talent as an engaging Agile Delivery Guide.

As a delivery practitioner, I call upon over six years of hands-on front-line success when working with teams to make great things happen. As a skilled facilitator, my character and leadership style provides a confident, engaging and positive energy to open minds, encourage and guide.

As a Practitioner when supporting teams, I encourage each team to recognise 'their ceremony' as this increases collaboration, improve self-awareness and cultivate team-safety. Here open and honest communication will support growth and build towards the coveted 'high-performing status'.

With focus upon the individuals, teams and ceremony, confidence is increased by empowering each individual to deliver towards their teams agreed goal. Here we raise the collective awareness of 'what makes Agile work for them’ so we may inspect and adapt to learn and grow.

As a Practitioner when guiding a programme, I actively promote an open, honest and transparent leadership with frequent re-planning for success. I am comfortable to encourage conversations that will safely manage expectations of the Product Owner, Stakeholder and Leadership Team.
