Hi, thats me. I'm Michael Springer, called Mike, and work as an selfemployed Agile- & Scrum Professional Coach, Trainer and Mentor. I'm applying and implementing agile methods such as Scrum, XP, LeSS, SAFe, Scrum@Scale to the structure and processes of companies and organisations as a whole.
I studied computer science, electrical engineering and busines administration in Ulm & Munic. I live in a small town close to Ulm and work mainly in the DACH area, but worked around the globe as traditional Project Manager and as Scrum Coach & Trainer while my time at Nokia too, while I was a member oft the agile scrum transition team at Nokia, transforming Nokia into an agile company.
Since 1989 I has participanted in dozens of projects as a developer, coach, mentor, consultant and trainer in lot of companies. I've been working in the domain of software development and product management as well as the process optimization area for more than 30 years now. I trained and coached a divers range of teams and companies in various areas and domains such as telecommunication, automotive, insurance, product development and military in implementing agile methods like Scrum.
I serve many customers as a strategic advisor and agile coach, mentor and consultant to the organization, helping them in implementing Scrum and if needed other agile methods effectively in complex scenarios.
I speak on conferences and in Scrum communities and I wrotes a couple of company internal books about Scrum, Lean Management, SAFe and agile methods.
