Michael Pelletier

Michael Pelletier is a senior information technology professional with over 25 years of experience including 13 years as a business consultant.  My Agile experience and skill sets define, develop, and deliver enterprise application solutions for Fortune 100 organizations.  As an Agile Delivery Expert, I achieved trust and confidence by addressing client issues, apprehensions, and risks through active listening skills, open discussion, and educational techniques to achieve real-time solutions.  As an Agile Practitioner, I collaborated with co-located and globally distributed teams, utilizing mentoring and coaching practices  to deliver effective and efficient transitions, transformations, and organizational changes based on the ‘principles of change’.

My vertical industry experiences include Agile Transformations, Digital, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Government including MMIS, Entertainment, Security, Infrastructure, Transportation, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Automotive, Travel & Hospitality, and Support Services. My international work experience spans the United States, North and South Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

I develop curriculum and teach, both instructor–led and on-line training courses in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, eXtreme Programing, Feature Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Agile Unified Process, Agile Modeling, Lean and large scalable agile frameworks with specific Agile role based sequences for client use routinely.  I am a PMI-ACP instructor and a conference speaker in Agile topics.  I have the following active certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), ICAgile Certified Professional Certification (ICP), Agility Health Facilitator (AHF) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
