Michael Lavery

I am a motivated individual with experience in the full software development life cycle. I have found myself assuming leadership roles, ensuring that the team has direction and understands the requirements.

As a developer, I specialized in hardware integration for a C4ISR software system. My responsibilities were to design, code, integrate and test the CSCIs associated with the service layer and the user interface. I developed the plugin framework for the system that is still the basis of the rapid prototyping framework for the group. Languages used were C# and Windows Presentation Foundation. I am most comfortable working with the .NET framework.

My goal is to help people.  It does not matter how. I am willing to do what ever it takes to learn what is necessary to complete a task.  I believe that a strong team is stronger than any one individual and that strong communication is a necessity to meet the objective.

I work to support my family. They are my world. I want to provide for them and ensure that my kids have the same or better opportunities than I have been blessed to have.
