Hello, my name is Mario Diaz. I started my career within the software development industry in 2010 as a Jr developer. My focus was in web implementations, and back-end developing using microsoft products like vb.net  C# and SQL server. After going through different kinds of companies and making some amazing friends who help and care for each other, I started to focus on leadership and teamwork. I focused on how to make every member of my team grow to their own full potential. I am also implementing Scrum and agile software development practices at work. As a team leader, I also learned that trust, communication, and friendship are very important to deliver a quality product.
