I am a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Practitioner with 20 years of professional experience in Object Oriented software design and development. I'm experienced with various technologies in both the Windows and Unix environments. I have worked on developing J2EE web applications, application server software and large enterprise multi-tiered application software under .NET. I enjoy working in an Agile environment and excel at introducing Scrum to new adopters. I have experience with multiple software development life-cycle processes, including Agile, Scrum, iterative and waterfall methodologies. I have an energetic and dynamic personality which allows me to motivate teams to work as cohesive, self-organizing units.
