Richard Cooper

As the ECi TeamDesign Product Manager I work closely with our Business Unit Leader, senior management, engineering teams and marketing to develop product strategy and lead its execution. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. My responsibilities include improving our existing TeamDesign software offerings, and helping to develop new ideas based on the industry, experience, and my contact with customers and prospects. I help guide the go-to-market strategy, helping customers and prospects understand the products positioning and key benefits. I serve as an internal and external evangelist for ECi Products, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers to maintain a positive product experience.
