Hartmuth has been a founder of a Web-Hosting Company in the late 90’s and has been working in various Design, Engineering and Management roles since then.
His focus has always been on bridging the disciplines of Sociology, Design and Technology which is at the heart of Human Centered Design.
In his role as Enterprise Agile Coach he helps companies in adopting the values, principles and methods of Agile, Design Thinking and Lean Product Development to create better and more relevant products and services.
His fields of interest in are:
- Systems Thinking - How can we create a Circular Economy through Systems Thinking and Circular Design that truly enables resilient Social, Political, Economical and Ecological.. - Humane Systems.
- Decentralized Systems - How can we leverage Web3-Technologies to regain independence and strengthen resilience within economies and companies.
- Customer Centricity - How can we embed Customer Centricity in large corporations in order to regain design and craftsman-ship expertise.
Hartmuth holds two Masters degrees in applied psychology from the University Duisburg-Essen in Germany and Business Information Systems from the University of Applied Sciences at Northwestern-Switzerland, Olten. He is an avid learner and has mastered various skills from Human-Computer Interaction Design to Design Thinking and Lean Startup Methodologies.
