I'm a Development manager, technical consultant and a Certified Scrum Master focused on product development by applying right mix of technical architecture and process implementation. In this role I provide technical consultation for the product architecture and mentor, facilitate the scrum teams to practice agile development by constantly interacting with Product managers and other stakeholder's to refine the product backlog and overseeing the delivery of the product.

As a technical consultant with Open source background, I architect and design solutions using various open source platforms and amazon web services, This involves from choosing the frameworks,evaluating third party components and designing the high availability server architecture.

Being the scrum master for multiple products, I constantly work with product managers and stakeholders to keep the backlog refined and facilitate the scrum team in planning,resolving the impediments, ensuring the burndown is on track and we hit the delivery on time and do retrospections and reviews to improve ourselves constantly.
