Software professional with over 12 years industry experience, i've been in a number of roles from developer to development manager and SCRUM master. My technology experience in predominantly on the Microsoft stack but have used a number of alternative components and databases. I have good experience of TDD, continuous integration and extending that further to continuous delivery, and understand the technical challenges aswell as the human challenges involved with adopting such practices.
