Dhanasekar Elumalai working as Release manager currently with AT&T is responsible for the IT wide deliverables for the applications using Agile methodologies. He has been diligently practicing the agile methodologies around a decade of his professional life. He has been playing a vital role for all the clients worked so far emphasizing the benefits of implementing the agile approach and helped transform from the traditional methodology SDLC process. He had been training his teams towards practicing the agile approach. He works closely with the team and stakeholders collaboratively delivering projects on-time and without backlogs. Most of the projects delivered were using XP and Sprint approach, he has been practicing Scaled agile approach for all programs. He is strong believer of there are lot of new things which are still unknown to him. He likes to travel, read books and listen to melodies music for relaxing. He holds an engineering degree with an MBA from a renowned university of India.
