Mix Telematics, Scrum Master

Scrum Master for software teams in a company transitioning to Agile, my focus is on helping teams find the right solution for the problem at hand, from technical concerns to communication blockages. I'm continually investigating & experimenting with new facilitation techniques, from meaningful space to metaphor to simulation and pure games.

Airborne Consulting, Scrum Master / Project Manager
April 2007 - October 2010, Cape Town, South Africa
As a consultant to a variety of clients, I enjoyed a high degree of trust with both my team and client teams. I started using Scrum practices in 2008 and became a Certified Scrum Master in 2009. Our teams applied a blend of Scrum and PMBok practices to predominantly Fixed Price - Fixed Scope contracts, using a collaborative approach for risk management and issue resolution, and focused on ensuring all project stakeholders had clear insight into the project at all times.
