A child of Agile Scrum. My first project management job I was a project manager for 2 months then was introduced to Agile Scrum. Scrum as a framework was a big eye opener. I value autonomy transparency and collaboration as life values oppose to just Scrum. Watching the Agile framework being implemented at my former employer showed me how powerful and adapt the tool is. The framework boosted moral and empowered the team to own their own destiny. When giving individuals the power to make decisions they usually make the most competitive one, what will challenge me the most but I know I can win if I applied myself? This is what agile scrum does for teams.
