Having been involved in organizational transformation projects since the beginning of this millenium, I have always had a keen interest in all philosophies and principles helping organizations in making a change for the better, either being by increasing productivity, increasing profitability and quality or by reducing cost.

The Toyota Production System and Agile concepts not only feel very comformtable, practicle and common sense, they have also proven themselves for me in several projects in the media industry. As a true believer in the Agile principles, I have been working on helping organizations apply and live by these principles, and change based on continuous improvement, in small iterative steps.

For the last 5 years, I have been doing this in the role of Agile Coach as well as acting as a Scrum Master for several teams, in both Media and Finance industries.
