André Valle is the content strategist and web analytics expert at Dynamo, holding a master’s degree in Educational Technology (Concordia University, Canada); and another one in Transmedia Narratives and Content Strategy (University of São Paulo, Brazil). He is specialized in elaborating digital strategies for content delivery, making use of media and metrics to enable the successful delivery of content to targeted audiences. He is interested in content strategy, web analytics, internal branding, customer learning and knowledge management within corporations. He has 7 years of experience in the field of knowledge management in the corporate and academic sectors, having worked as an instructional designer, project manager and research assistant. He has written a masters thesis exploring the use of educational practices to support multiplatform strategies for communication, at University of São Paulo.
