• Almost 9 years of experience in working in payment services platform of Discover network, involving in major strategic projects since 2005

• Served as an system architect / Business system analyst providing solutions to transaction processing applications for various entities in payment’s arena such as merchants, Acquirer, issuers and network partners

• Act as liaison between various Business groups and the technology teams to align them towards Business proposal and understand the resources needed to achieve the changes and report them to Discover’s senior management

• Proficient in handling projects in waterfall, agile and hybrid model with an ability to ensure high quality deliverables by coordinating with Business and working in onsite-offshore model with more than 40 resources on an average and handling multiple projects at any given point in time

• Conduct bi-yearly technical specification and SOP review meetings with merchant, acquirer and issuer representatives across various geography of network presence

• Suggest innovative solutions to various day-to-day and reconciliation problem presented by various entities associated with the network

• Represented as application subject matter expert in the managed serviced model agreement between Cognizant-Discover engagement portfolio

• Hands-on experience in project analysis, scoping, cost estimation and the entire software development life cycle

• Worked extensively on the Cognizant-Discover managed services contract negotiations to create an engagement statement of work listing the responsibilities, SLAs, guidelines, exceptions and cost of the contract

• Serviced as project manager by creating and maintaining projects through project tracking tools like Clarity, PeopleSoft etc

• Won highly reputed awards given by both Discover cards to recognize best of the talent amongst vendors and also given by Cognizant for the best performance within the Banking domain
