Ashley (Knott) Jean

Ashley Jean I am a new member a young SaaS company based out of Chicago, IL. I've worked for several years along side Agile teams (including a transition from Waterfall to Agile methodology) as a Technical Writer and Process Owner as an aid in the adoption of agile best practices. Now, I'll be playing a much more hands on role with my new team as I officially take on the mantle of Scrum Master.
