Adonis ElFakih

Adonis El Fakih is currently an Agile Coach with Eliassen Group and consulting for State Street Corporation.  He is the author of Agile Stream Framework (ASF), an agile strategy for management to support agile teams by identifying and removing impediments using on emperical appproach. 

Adonis is the founder and developer of the first Arabic search engine ayna.com, making it one of the most sought after search services in the region. He introduced Agile practices and Scrum into Ayna as early as 2006, and has transformed the organization to include seven Scrum teams distributed on three continents, developing services that are value-driven with regular public releases. Additionally, Adonis transformed several companies operating in the Middle East into Agility.

Adonis is founding member of Scrum Arabia and facilitator of Southern New Hampshire Lean and Agile Meetup, groups that attracts Agile practitioners to get together and share knowledge and experience.
