About
Christian Winkler works for many years in the IT industry. He ownes a dual vocational education and training as system technician and a high graduation in Computer Science. He is a certified Scrum Professional, ScrumMaster and Product Owner.
Currently he is working at KV Hessen as a Teamleader in Software Development.
The past 3,5 years he earned a lot experience as a ScrumMaster at clipkit GmbH in a distributed development team. Clipkit is a german video marketing provider with it's headquarter based in Berlin and divisions in Frankfurt, Cologne, Istanbul and Porto. He was responsible to introduce Scrum and to address the cultural shifts, impacts and danger when an organization is starting with Scrum. Within the last years at clipkit, the Team is using Scrum successfully.
Before he moved to clipkit, he worked 4 years as ScrumMaster and Developer in the automotive- and telecommunication industry. As ScrumMaster he was introducing Scrum in the IT, later in the Marketing divison in a middle-sized company during that time.
His core strengths: dealing with difficult and complex client situations. His core capabilities: scrum, agile, project management, problem solving, strategic and horizontal thinking. He has effective leadership behaviours in dealing with individuals and teams.
