My name is Jessica Largent and I am currently employed at Rocket Mortgage. I am experienced in leading cross-functional teams on both small and multi-million-dollar projects and delivering quality results.

I have worked as a Product Owner in a Scrum team for over five years, and have continued my Agile journey as a practicing Scrum Master for multiple development teams. I am a passionate self-starter, motivated by challenges, autonomy, variety, and change. Within my teams, I promote self-organization and individual responsibility for the product and success of the team. It is my goal to help a team have fun at work while also being professional, efficient, and effective.
